From Tai Chi Enthusiasts To Coaches: Sharing The Touching And Challenges Of Tai Chi Culture
The Tai Chi coaching industry is both attractive and challenging. I am fortunate to pass on the profound Tai Chi culture to more people. During this process, I felt a lot of touching and made continuous progress.
From enthusiast to coach
I used to love Tai Chi and liked the slow flow of each movement. The pleasure of unity of body and mind made me intoxicated. Once, I accidentally shared Tai Chi skills with my friends. Seeing that they could understand the mystery, I thought of becoming a coach. So, I systematically learned teaching skills and finally successfully transformed from a enthusiast to a coach.
The bitterness and joy of teaching
The teaching process is not smooth all the way. At the beginning, students often have irregular movements, and it is time-consuming to correct these mistakes. Some students understand it slowly, and an action needs to be repeatedly demonstrated to master it. But when they slowly mastered the skills and showed a satisfied smile on their faces, they felt that their previous efforts were worth it. Watching the joy of their growth is the most valuable gain in teaching.
Inheriting Tai Chi culture
Tai Chi is not just a movement, but also a symbol of our country's culture. During teaching, I will explain to students the philosophical ideas contained in Tai Chi, such as the balance of yin and yang, the combination of hardness and softness, etc. I hope they can understand the deep meaning behind the action, so as to experience the attraction of Tai Chi more deeply. I hope that through my teaching tai chi instructor , more people can understand and inherit this ancient art.
Future prospects
I hope to cultivate many excellent Tai Chi practitioners and allow Tai Chi culture to be widely spread among young people. I plan to open some free teaching classes so that more people can feel the physical and mental benefits brought by Tai Chi. At the same time, I will continue to work hard to improve my teaching level and make the charm of Tai Chi more dazzling.
